Einnahme: Je nach Proteinbedarf 1 bis 3 Drinks aus 30 g (ca. 3 gehäufte Esslöffel) Proteinpulver in 300 ml Magermilch gemixt verzehren.
Dosierungsempfehlung: Eine bis Drei Portionen pro Tag
